David Castlegrant and Associates announced changes for the 6th Army Navy Military Expo (ANME) to be held January 18th - 20th, 2010. The ANM Expo will be relocating from its long-time home at the South Point Hotel and Casino to the Tuscany Suites and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The show will also take place earlier in the winter trade show season, a month before its traditional mid-February timing and will run concurrently with the 2010 SHOT Show.
“The change in timing and location for the ANME are very exciting for us,” remarked David Castlegrant who owns the firm that manages the Army Navy Military Expo. “The choice of venue and show dates is ideal for our buyers, as many of them also attend the SHOT show which will run concurrently with the ANME less than a mile away at the Sands Expo Center.”
Castlegrant stated, “The ANM Expo is bringing military to the shooting sports industry. The show will feature military surplus and related items which are not typically available for sale at the SHOT show. One of the goals of the ANM Expo is to help encourage the natural and mutually beneficial relationship between the military products and shooting sports industries.”
John Ottaviano, Director of Sales & Marketing for Rothco said, “Rothco is always seeking ways to get greater return on our marketing dollars. Generating at once business at SHOT has been less successful than other shows. We expect the ANM Expo to give us the immediate results we are looking for, plus there are many military items we can show there that are not permitted at SHOT. This is a big advantage for both exhibitors and buyers.”
Fox Outdoor Products has also committed to exhibiting at the ANME.
