Trade Show time, August 12-16. We’re off to the ASD/AMD MTO Trade Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and the Army Navy Military Expo at Caesar’s Palace. We’ll be blogging it up live from both shows, with a recap of each day’s activities, news and notes. It’s like we’ll be there both virtually and actually. In other words, we’ll be besides ourselves.

Should be interesting, as a legacy trade show attempts a rebirth and a new show tries to hatch from its shell.

Anything in particular you want us to report on while we’re there in the summer Vegas heat, already?

Well, here we go. The first post on the brand new ANSOM blog, so new it still has that new blog smell.

“Blog” is webspeak for “Web log,” being an online journal, diary or whatsis. In theory, we can discuss and comment on just about anything, but as the moderator of this gizmo I retain the right to expunge, edit, terminate with extreme prejudice or otherwise put the kibosh on anything deemed inappropriate, hateful, icky or undecipherable. Attempts to “spam” the blog with commercial messages or blatant self-promotion (except for our self-promotion) will be met with disdain and a heavy touch on the delete button. Repeat offenders will be drawn and quartered.

So let’s have at it. Anybody got any topics they’d like to bring up? How about a few recommendations about products that are selling particularly well in your stores, who sells them, why they’re hot?
